You can initiate a return or request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2.2 Return Process

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
  • Include the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

2.4 Non-Refundable Items
