There’s no difference in the plant—both are cannabis with THCA as the primary cannabinoid. THCA converts to THC when heated; Marijuana (cannabis) found in dispensaries within states where marijuana is legal still only contain a small percentage of delta‑9 THC on a dry basis, most of the plant’s cannabinoid content is THCA. To market flower as “THCA” or “hemp”, it’s tested before curing since the dryness and heat from curing can often convert some THCA into THC before the plant is even smoked…. Which would technically make it marijuana… Which is illegal in most states. To ensure delta‑9 THC remains below legal limits and can be sold federally, it’s tested before curing or cold-cured.
Our flower technically qualifies as hemp because it was tested to contain less than 0.3% delta‑9 THC on a dry‑weight basis, meeting the federal definition of hemp. It still contains a large amount of delta-9 THCA, which converts to THC when heated (same as marijuana).
When smoked or vaporized, the THCA in flower converts into THC, the cannabinoid responsible for what people call a euphoric “high.” Start slowly, as everyone’s tolerance is different.
Every batch is sent to an accredited third‑party laboratory to verify cannabinoid levels and screen for contaminants. The Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on our website.
Flower can be suitable for beginners if approached carefully—start with a small bowl or 1–2 puffs, wait 10–15 minutes to gauge the effects and choose milder strains.
Hemp and marijuana are both cannabis; hemp contains less than 0.3% delta‑9 THC and is federally legal, while marijuana contains more. Both are rich in THCA, which turns into THC when heated.
Curing is the slow drying and aging process after harvest. It stabilizes moisture, preserves terpenes, and results in a smoother, more flavorful smoke. Most of our growers use the cold cure method to ensure federal legality.
Our flower meets federal hemp guidelines, but state laws vary. We cannot ship to Arkansas, Minnesota, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah or Vermont.
Indoor cultivation offers maximum control over light and environment; greenhouse combines sunlight with controlled conditions; sun‑grown relies on outdoor weather and produces more seasonal variation.
Use a clean grinder and aim for an even, fluffy consistency. Grinding too fine can restrict airflow, while large chunks burn unevenly.
Start with one small bowl hit or 1–2 puffs, then wait 10–15 minutes to assess the effects. Adjust slowly based on your tolerance.
Unopened jars with humidity packs can stay fresh for months. Once opened, keep them sealed and away from heat and light and enjoy within about 30 days.
Always follow federal and state laws. Our flower is federally legal hemp, but carrying it across state lines or on flights may be restricted—check local regulations before traveling.
We ship where legal within the United States, but cannot ship to Arkansas, Minnesota, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah or Vermont.
